- Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of the management programmes to support the RHB Learning & Development vision that is to bring the right learners and right learning opportunities together at the right time to produce breakthrough results for RHB Banking Group
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of the management programmes to support the RHB Learning & Development vision that is to bring the right learners and right learning opportunities together at the right time to produce breakthrough results for RHB Banking Group
Bachelor Degree – Any related field(s).
- 7 – 9 years of overall experience in Learning & Development functionalities
- 3 – 5 years of experience in the area of domain
- 3 – 5 years of experience in managing a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using MsOffice suite to design and develop learning materials
