Job Description
- Assist Project Manager to supervise and coordinate construction works on the project at site.
- Carry out structural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation including preparing project timeframe.
- Supervise, monitor and control daily works at project site including recording, monitoring, reporting and quality assurance of all installation.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the requirement, specifications, and installation plans.
- Close coordination of work with both internal (project team) and external parties (client, regulatory bodies, etc.).
- Coordinate, supervise, monitor, and inspect sub-contractors’ activities at project sites on project progress, deliverables, and timeframe.
- Monitor progress at the construction site to meet the target of every stage of completion of the installation works.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
