Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sales Support Manager to join our team. As the Technical Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the sales team in identifying sales opportunities and providing technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical requirements, and providing appropriate recommendations.
- Collaborating with the product development team to ensure effective communication and understanding of technical aspects of the products.
- Offering training and support to the sales team on product features, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Conducting technical demos and presentations to customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of our products.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid technical background with strong sales and communication skills. Additionally, you should be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
