Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our Safety Operations Team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall safety operations within our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and supervise the Safety Operations Team, providing guidance and support to guarantee the successful completion of projects.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for prevention.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish safety goals, objectives, and strategies that align with the organization’s overall objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve safety programs and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in safety management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
