Job Information

Job Description

• Manage temporary unit request from customers whose cars are in the workshop for more than 48 hours.
• Prepare the cars, upload photos, and allocate them in the CRM system.
• Perform weekly updates on the status of temporary cars.
• Assist in managing marketing expenses and administration tasks, including preparing purchase orders and invoices, and checking payment statuses with the Finance department.
• Prepare merchandise to be sent to customers upon receiving orders from Shopee customers.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department.
• Assist in handling customer complaints escalated from various sources such as call centers, emails, and customer tribunals.
