Job Description
Tasks
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing client database which includes updating customer profile and attending to payment related matters
- Plan, schedule and manage audits and surveillances with customers and audit teams
- Interface with customers and audit teams to schedule audits and surveillances
- Manage and be accountable for account receivable through daily follow-ups with clients and monthly status reporting
- Ensure proper record keeping of audit and surveillance reports
- Provide administrative support to the audit teams
Qualifications
- Key Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management or any related discipline with more than 2 years of working experience
- Good communication skills & good command of English Language
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
- Meticulous and proactive individual who possesses abilities in planning, following up, organizing, and administrative skills
