Job Description
Responsible for all in-coming materials QC tasks.
Responsible for in-process QC Inspection Checks.
Responsible for Final QC Inspection Checks.
Assist in custom request for color matching.
Assist in customer complaint/ non-conformance product evaluation.
Issued batch sheets/ manufacturing orders for production activities.
Update of Daily QC test data into MO system.
Summary QC test performance results as daily QC reporting.
Duties may be varied from time to time consistent with the employee’s training and skills and such varied duties are to be performed to standards which will be specified as required.
Work closely with operation team to ensure a smooth run for the operation and compliance ISO to produce a high quality of Weber & Emix products.
Work closely with Technical/ Commercial team regarding customer feedback or complaints to support resolution of issues in a timely manner.
