About Our Client
Our client, Michael Page, is a renowned player within the manufacturing industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a Customer Service / Order Management Manager to join their dynamic team and assist in the business process.
Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and manage the customer service team, including 2-3 team leaders.
- Collaborate with other departments, including the supply chain team, to align customer service goals with overall company business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality service delivery.
- Oversee and lead the migration and continuous improvement projects for the team.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in English as you are required to deal with regional stakeholders.
- Minimum 4-5 years of customer service, order management, order processing, or relevant experience. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing a team.
- Candidates with experience in managing team lead or assistant manager(s) will be a plus.
- Added advantage for candidates who have experience in using SAP system and migration/knowledge transfer projects.
- Able to work for European (EU) shift – 4pm-1am Malaysia time, Monday-Friday.
