Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Ar Rahnu Officer. As an Ar Rahnu Officer, you will be responsible for handling all tasks related to the Ar Rahnu department, including customer service, sales, and operations.
Your main duties will include appraising gold items, managing pawned gold, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Ar Rahnu department. You will be required to assist customers in evaluating their gold items, explaining the terms and conditions, and facilitating the pawning process.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build rapport with customers and provide them with a satisfactory experience. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are also crucial in assessing the value of gold items accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma qualification
