Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. As a Human Resource Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and more. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in job posting and advertising on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants.
• Assist in conducting initial phone screenings.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.

Employee Relations:

• Support HR in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR-related inquiries and provide information to employees.
• Participate in the planning and organization of employee engagement activities and events. Assist in maintaining employee records and files.

HR Administration:

• Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
• Help in maintaining HR databases and records.
• Support in updating HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on projects related to HR process improvements.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM900.00 per month
