Job Description
We are a professional credit recovery service located in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, and have been in business since 2019. Our clients are in the banking and corporate sectors.
We are looking for serious and committed individuals to fill the role of Field Visit Officer. We provide an appealing remuneration plan that comprises basic salary, commission, EPF, and SOCSO.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Visit houses and companies to get important information
- Obtain additional information from the visiting effort, such as a new contact number or address
- Deliver reminders/letters to the customer’s premises/office
- Update on successful visitation
- Conduct efficient and effective field visits
- When required, perform any additional necessary duties
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in field visit
- Have own transportation
- Capable of speaking both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Good listening skills
- Good communication skills
- Serious, dedicated, and have positive attitudes in work
