Job Description
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM or Diploma in Business / Finance or related Field.
- Computer literate.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Working Location: Wisma 99 Speed Mart, Tmn Berkeley, Klang.
Responsibilities
- Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases and others.
- Create, send and follow up on invoices.
- Responsible for the data entry in the system.
- Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed.
- Maintain updated financial records.
- Undertake all filing as required.
- Issue and handle all appropriate paperwork.
- Receives training and performs duties for the department.
- Perform to achieve department goals and objectives with upper management.
