Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Training and Education Director to join our organization. As a Training and Education Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Your main duties will include:
- Designing and planning training programs
- Identifying training needs and assessing current training programs
- Collaborating with managers to determine training objectives
- Developing training materials, manuals, and online resources
- Conducting training sessions and workshops
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements
