Job Description
The Billing Analyst (AP) position is responsible for managing and analyzing accounts payable invoices. This role requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile invoices and purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
- Process and code invoices for payment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice-related issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Prior experience in accounts payable or billing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
