Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of CPD and Learning Leader at Sri KDU International School, Subang Jaya. As a CPD and Learning Leader, you will be responsible for driving professional development initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous learning within our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive professional development programs for our team members.
- Create a learning roadmap that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and delivery of interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Identify and evaluate external learning resources to enhance employee development.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of CPD programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in CPD and learning management.
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong leadership abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
