Job Description
Deep understanding of all aspects of core business.
- Actively develop new customers.
- Engage in prospecting and sales calls to acquire new clients.
- Collect information to understand client companies and their business needs.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
- Resolve client issues and complaints.
- Strategize and plan for improving client outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and develop an implementation timetable with clients.
- Maximize profits through upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and submit reports on client progress, goals, and quarterly plans to share with team members and stakeholders and for potential use in future case studies or company training.
- Meet all client requirements and deliverables on the proposed timetable.
- Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management.
