Job Description

1. Manages daily HR operations which mainly include recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, training, and performance review;

2. Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current;

3. Expatriate/Foreign worker management, which includes visa application/renewal, tax reporting, and ensuring expatriates remain in legal compliance;

4. Liaise with government agencies and consultants for related matters;

5. Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees;

6. Team management and promote a positive company culture;

7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
