Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, International Business, Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written and Spoken).
- Outgoing person, talkative, good in communication, proactive & aggressive.
- Serves as a customer liaison for campaign management and implementation across a network of websites.
- Collaborates with internal departments to improve product quality and client relationships.
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
- Minimum internship period of 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and post content, videos, and audio content on online sites.
- Maintaining and updating the company websites, catalogues, and social media platforms.
- Assist in ideating and creating engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Identify and utilize upcoming social media trends within the brainstorming process.
- Design and maintain our social media presence.
- Coordinating with Marketing to assist in marketing-related tasks/projects.
- Assist the Sales team with end-to-end management of clients’ online campaigns.
- Develop engaging, creative content for scheduled posts that promote brand messages.
