Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified HR Executive to join our team at Talent Houz Consulting & Services. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll management.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Resolve employee grievances and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
