Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Update and maintain internal employee databases, data entry, filing HR documents.
• Assist in organizing HR-related events and training sessions.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
• No working experience required.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Have knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office.
• Good self-discipline, driven, motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor.
