Job Description
Position: Telesales Associate
Company: Intelek Talent Solutions Sdn Bhd
Intake: February 2024
Employment Type: 3 + 3 Months Contract (renewable based on performance and attendance)
Working Location: Bandar Sunway, Selangor
Working Day/ Hour: Monday to Friday (10.00 AM to 7.00 PM) (*depending on schedule)
Monthly Salary:
- Basic Salary: RM 1,800
- Mobile Allowance: RM 100
- Shift Allowance: RM 120
- Hardship Allowance: RM 200
- Incentives: Based on Sales Performance* (Average Incentive up to RM 1,500)

Job Descriptions:
- Conduct callbacks to customers on a certain product as per required.
- Upsell/cross-sell products during callbacks.
- Act as the company’s service ambassador during callbacks.
- Participate in campaigns as requested.
- Adhere to the company’s SOP, policies, and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree.
- Minimum of 6 months working experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer Service.
- Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu, both spoken & written.
- Customer-oriented and presentable.
- Degree Fresh Graduates who are keen are welcomed to apply.
- Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
