Job Description
Answer call from mobile phone.
Reply WhatsApp, Email, message.
Do a report for complaint through WIS.
Follow up Filler & Technician for resolve the issue.
Close report for issue that already resolve through WIS.
Fill up permit for serviceman.
Prepare route sheet for serviceman every week.
Create vendor code for customer.
Update Master if there any changes for Filler route.
Update filler for Machine Movement (new installation, recall or exchange machine)
Prepare Subsidy Summary and statement for every month.
