Job Description

Summary of Client:

Our client is a worldwide leader in the development and manufacturing of factory automation equipment.

Job Description:

  • Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions and prepare payment (vendor invoices and employee travel & expense claims).
  • AP month-end closing and reporting in carrying out the responsibilities of the AP department.
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing reports, and Statement of Accounts.
  • Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
  • To assist the Accounts Manager on administrative matters.
  • Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission and value, and meet KPI targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a university degree or above, majoring in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years of related working experience in finance and accounting roles (mainly Account Payable process).
  • Candidate must be well versed in Mandarin, written and oral.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment, where the focus is on continuous improvement, change, and the challenge to make it better.
  • Good communication skills to handle internal communication across departments.
  • Willing to have overtime during peak season.
  • Eager to learn new things with a good attitude.
  • Hardworking and with a great sense of responsibility, under stress, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Prefer candidates who can start immediately, latest by the end of Feb/Early March 2024.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
