Job Description
Summary of Client:
Our client is a worldwide leader in the development and manufacturing of factory automation equipment.
Job Description:
- Perform day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions and prepare payment (vendor invoices and employee travel & expense claims).
- AP month-end closing and reporting in carrying out the responsibilities of the AP department.
- Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing reports, and Statement of Accounts.
- Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
- To assist the Accounts Manager on administrative matters.
- Supporting internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission and value, and meet KPI targets.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a university degree or above, majoring in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate or 1 to 2 years of related working experience in finance and accounting roles (mainly Account Payable process).
- Candidate must be well versed in Mandarin, written and oral.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, where the focus is on continuous improvement, change, and the challenge to make it better.
- Good communication skills to handle internal communication across departments.
- Willing to have overtime during peak season.
- Eager to learn new things with a good attitude.
- Hardworking and with a great sense of responsibility, under stress, and meet tight deadlines.
- Prefer candidates who can start immediately, latest by the end of Feb/Early March 2024.

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
