Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Vice President of Strategy, Wealth at Bjak. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability within our wealth division.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall strategic direction and goals for the wealth division.
- Identify opportunities for business development and expansion in the wealth market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative wealth solutions.
- Monitor the performance of the wealth division and make recommendations for improvement.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in wealth management, along with proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
