Job Description
As a Call Centre Admin / Back-End Processor, you will be responsible for providing efficient and seamless support to our customers. Your primary role will involve handling back-end operations such as data processing, generating reports, and managing various administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.
- Ensuring customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly.
- Processing customer requests, such as changes to personal information or account details.
- Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with other team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
To excel in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a call centre or back-end processing role would be advantageous.
