Job Description

We are a third party claims assessor for insurance companies. We assess travel and medical claims in accordance with the insurance companies’ guidelines.

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Process travel and medical insurance claims
• Handle, document, evaluate, and investigate all claims within the guidelines
• Identify potential fraudulent/recovery claims
• Review aging files on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
• Meet deadlines for assignment submissions, monthly claims status reports, and ad hoc reports
• Provide fast, efficient, and courteous claims service to clients
• Handle complaints promptly, including escalations, acknowledgments, and timely updates to clients
• Provide support, input, and conduct system testing when required
• Perform other assigned responsibilities and duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• Training will be provided for fresh graduates
• Minimum 2 years of travel/medical insurance claims experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
