Job Description
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Verifies eligible staff to be paid a salary every month and prepares necessary documents for management approval.
- Assists in HR-related documentations and ensures all relevant document updates are made as required.
- Initiates registration of new staff to relevant statutory bodies.
- Prepares necessary documents for the monthly remittance to the statutory bodies as per their respective procedures and processes.
- Verifies and processes payment of overtimes, allowances, and other staff claims based on the schedules and procedures set by the company.
- Arranges for payment of advance salary or personal loan as and when approved by the Company.
- Liaises with Head of Department or HR Branches on matters relating to wages, allowances, and claims made by staff.
- Prepares notification to staff on any updates pertaining to EPF, SOCSO, or Income Tax which affect them.
- Attends to any inquiry related to the subject by legitimate parties, i.e., staff, head of department, or statutory bodies.
- Verifies documents received from staff and communicates to them for any clarification and documentation required.
- Maintains HR data entry, i.e., leave record, medical utilization record, staff advance, or job advance taken.
- Performs office administrative and HR-related tasks.
- Handles any other ad hoc assignments.
