Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Web proficiency and extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
• Experience in brand marketing, copywriting, content creation, public relations, and event management.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing/digital marketing/retail/sales development role is preferred.
• Skilled in problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and customer service.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Flexible and able to think out of the box, contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Able to work under pressure, work methodically, and meet short deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales marketing plans and sampling strategies, including advertising and promotional activities.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media) and promotional events [Offline].
• Update social media content daily, create stories, and perform live sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, etc.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction.
• Prepare data and KPI reports related to Sales & Marketing.
• Work with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
• Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
• Responsible for online/offline marketing strategy, including planning and organizing promotional activities to achieve target KPIs and executing customer order fulfillment.

Job Types:

Salary:

RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
