We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Compliance Intern for our Travel & Expense department. This is a 6 months internship opportunity that will provide valuable hands-on experience and exposure to the compliance field within the travel industry.

As a Compliance Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the compliance team in ensuring adherence to corporate policies and procedures related to travel and expense activities. You will work closely with various stakeholders to review and analyze expense reports, identify any non-compliance issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should be a current student or recent graduate in a related field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze expense reports for compliance with company policies
• Identify and address any potential non-compliance issues
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance training materials
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in travel and expense activities

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
