Job Description
Responsibilities
- To assist the Senior Architect to coordinate meetings, attend, and prepare meeting minutes in order.
- To liaise and follow up closely with various authorities for various approvals.
- To prepare and check to ensure all working drawings, detail drawings, S&P drawings, submission drawings meet the requirements.
- Ability to lead the team, including chairing CCM, Site Meeting, troubleshoot Technical Meeting issues.
- Ability to understand Contract Terms and LAM guidelines.
- Ability to prepare Monthly Project Progress Reports.
- Independent and familiar with various Authority guidelines with close monitoring on follow up.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess preferably Master in Architecture, Part II or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of working experience with a track record of recent completed projects from inception to Tender, Construction, Final Account till CMGD.
- Understanding and application of Planning Acts and Building By Laws.
- Able to use AutoCad and Microsoft Project effectively.
- Effective interpersonal skills and good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Possess own transport.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
