Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced AR Credit Controller to join our team. As an AR Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely collections of outstanding invoices.
Your main duties will include communicating with customers to resolve payment issues, reconciling accounts, preparing and sending invoices, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. You will also work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and improve overall financial processes.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in credit control, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in using accounting software and knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in credit control are required.
