Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Executive, Building to join our team. As an Executive, Building, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our company’s buildings and facilities.
In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring that all buildings are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with local regulations. You will coordinate and supervise building maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and inspections. Additionally, you will work closely with external contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. You should have a solid understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures. Previous experience in building management or a related field is preferred.
