Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of DC Officer. As a DC Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our distribution center operations.
Your main duties will include overseeing the timely and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. You will be responsible for inventory management, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to optimize workflows, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will be expected to lead by example, motivating and supervising a team of warehouse staff to achieve targets and maintain high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You must have a solid understanding of warehouse management systems, and be able to analyze data to make informed decisions. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
