Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our executive team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and organizing daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and gather information as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
