Job Description
- Understand clients’ needs, goals, and challenges to provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proactively engage with visitors and clients to promote and upsell company products or services.
- Provide information on features, benefits, and pricing of products/services, addressing client questions and objections effectively.
- Maintain an understanding of the company’s offerings and stay updated on product/service updates.
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide accurate and timely information to visitors and clients regarding company services, products, and general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal staff and clients.
- Other tasks as directed from time to time.
