Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of Sales Department.
- Closely follow upon customer schedule and coordinate with Production to meet the required delivery date.
- Create work orders and liaise with customer on their requirements.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior and Management.
- Follow up shipment by ensuring smooth delivery to customer.
- Communicate proactively with inter-departments to resolve issues.
- Provide quotation to new and existing customers.
- Update sales report to compare forecast VS actual sales.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: RM1,00.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
