Job Description
Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order. Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock. Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Records purchases, maintains the database, performs a physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock counts to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
- Performs GRN and Transfers in the system and in physical.
- May lead, guide, and train junior staff as appropriate to the area of operation.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. These can vary as per the task required.
- Supports in Delivery as and when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
