Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Payable Analyst. As an Account Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and timely accounts payable records for our Vietnamese-speaking clients.
Your key responsibilities will include processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, performing payment runs, and resolving any discrepancies or payment issues. You will also be required to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders in both English and Vietnamese to ensure smooth payment operations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in accounts payable processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Fluency in both written and spoken Vietnamese is essential to communicate effectively with our Vietnamese-speaking clients.
