Job Description
We are one of the pioneer specialty coffee roasters in Malaysia, and are looking for a new Barista to join our cafe team at Cream.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver great coffee or beverage quality
- Simple food preparations: Pastries, bagel sandwiches
- Interacting with customers
- Deliver great customer service experience
- To maintain standards of the food and beverage quality and service
- To ensure SOP of the cafe is followed
- Maintain cafe cleanliness.

- Communication Skills: To be comfortable communicating with customers and to meet the company’s customer service expectations
