Responsibilities in this Customer Service Representative position include building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, assisting customers with orders, responding to product questions, processing returns, partnering with other departments to solve problems, and assisting customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, detail-oriented person with a positive attitude, who can prioritize, work successfully independently and on a team, solve problems and have excellent follow-through.

Salary: RM1,359.86 – RM3,448.84 per month
