Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes
- Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
- Multitasking, resourceful, and proactive with a sense of urgency
- Adapt to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
Key requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting and/or Finance
- No working experience is required. Any past working experience related to Bookkeeping/Admin/Accounting is advantageous
- Detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous
- Possess a good command of English (both written & spoken) and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Energetic, motivated, and proactive person who gets things done
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
