Job Description
Requirements:
- Languages – English, Malay or Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way in live chat, email & apps
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- To carry out any administrative requirements of the POS system
- Respond to customer inquiries on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok) regarding products or orders
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: RM 3,00.00 – RM 5,00.00 per month
- Age Range: 21-38 years old

Requirements:
- Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Experience: Promoter – 1 year (Preferred)

- Ability to Relocate: Setia Alam – Relocate before starting work (Required)
