Job Description
The FHS Repair Specialist plays a crucial role in our organization by handling all repairs and maintenance for our Fleet and Heavy Equipment units. As a Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of various vehicles and equipment, including trucks, excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, identifying problems or malfunctions, performing repairs or part replacements, and ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of repairs, documenting maintenance schedules, and adhering to safety protocols.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, along with proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
