Job Overview:
Responsible for managing customer requests and product purchases across all online sales platforms and direct sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer requests and product purchases on all online sales platforms such as Shopee, Website, TikTok, and Onpay.
- Manage the distribution network for the company’s publications.
- Generate sales reports and update sales records on each platform and documentation.
- Coordinate packaging and delivery arrangements for products to customers.
- Manage and update sales inventory.
Qualifications:
Citizenship: Malaysia. Must be 35 years and below.
Educational Qualification: Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any related field.
Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Online Sales Executive and in direct sales.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Possess good communication skills.
