Job Description
- Overall task is to maintain the kitchen cleaning equipment, tools including the dish washer and to ensure the cleanliness of staff cafeteria and coffee house kitchen cleanliness.
- To ensure sufficient cleaned dishes e.g. plates, cups, utensils especially during meal hours.
- To wash and disinfect all areas of kitchens – floor, food tray, kitchen equipment/utensils, clearing of daily rubbish bin
- To perform other tasks as and when required by Management
