Job Description
Reporting all progress on complaints/repairs that have been, are being, and have not been resolved to the building committee/chairperson
Reporting any anomalies in the functioning of the main systems to the building committee/chairperson
Receiving and acting on instructions given by the building committee/chairperson
Regularly inspecting facility amenities to identify relevant problems and maintenance
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and health, safety, and facility management regulations
Performing any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the management team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
