Job Description
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material.
- Responsible for servicing customer’s delivery, packing, and shipping.
- Responsible for receiving customer’s orders to arrange dispatchers pick up.
- Maintaining a relationship with the business co-operator.
- Monitoring and ensuring the operation and parcel pick-up procedure of the Drop Point runs smoothly.
- Preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Assisting on the collection of DFOD/COD from the dispatcher and assisting the receiver to come collect the parcel.
- Ensuring the standard operating procedures are followed at all times.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc duties when required.
