Position: Customer Service (Based in Shah Alam)
Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500
Location: Shah Alam
Job Description:
- Answering client correspondences through email, social media, and by phone.
- Cultivate customer relationships through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and escalating when needed.
- Filing customer records.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Must be energetic, positive-minded, and a good team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
