Job Description

Responsibilities & Authorities:

• To prepare monthly management accounts.
• Review and provide support for accounting functions such as accounts payable and receivables.
• To issue payment vouchers and preparation of cheques for invoices respectively.
• Verify calculations and input codes into the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
• To perform accurate data posting for journal vouchers, payments, and receipts into the accounting system.
• To maintain proper accounting records including bank reconciliation and documents control.
• To liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, government agencies, creditors, and other related agencies.
• Adhere to financial policies, procedures, and related internal control policies.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or part professional qualification (LCCI or equivalent).
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player who will be working in a challenging environment.
• High level of attention to detail.
