Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach students according to the provided schedule and subjects
- Capture students’ images during activities
- Maintain cleanliness of the classroom/center
- Prepare center decorations when necessary
Teaching Aids:
- Create three teaching aids every week
- Prepare teaching aids on time
- Prepare lesson plans every two weeks
Student Management:
- Monitor students’ daily routine
- Ensure students are always under supervision
- Engage and interact with students while waiting for parents
- Manage and discipline students appropriately
Belongings and Organization:
- Differentiate students’ belongings
- Organize students’ belongings in the correct bags
Time Management and Preparedness:
- Always punctual
- Optimize time to complete pending tasks
- Always be prepared for assigned tasks
- Seek clarification if unsure about anything
Documentation:
- Daily upload of students’ routines without fail
- Upload photos into the Little Lives application
Safety and Care:
- Ensure students’ safety during premises transfer and location changes
- Ensure students’ safety and orderliness during swimming classes, hippotherapy sessions, field trips, and outdoor activities
